We are looking to appoint a teaching assistant to join our Key Stage 1 team in September 2025. We are looking for a person who wishes to become a part of our school team and contribute to the success of the school as a whole. We are proud of our most recent Ofsted visit which showed no areas for improvement and are looking to appoint someone who wishes to continue this high standard. Although this post is initally fixed term for one year, there is a strong possibility of it becoming permanent. Monday-Friday - 8.30am-3.30pm Experience of working with children with a range of Special Educational Needs is desirable but not essential. Knowledge of Little Wandle phonics scheme or similar is desirable but not essential. We value professional development and a willingness to take part in staff training and INSET days would be preferable. You will be joining a supportive team who work hard to ensure that the children in the school achieve well and enjoy school. This position will also include a half hour of lunchtime duty.
