This is a pivotal, ground-floor opportunity as the first hire in a brand-new product function, reporting directly to the Design Lead.
Your New Role
1. Facilitate user-story mapping and backlog planning with product and development teams.
2. Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria to drive high-quality sprint oues.
3. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure clear prioritisation, goal alignment, and successful delivery against product goals.
4. Embed agile best practices across the full sprint cycle (planning, refinement, retrospectives, and delivery).
5. Support and mentor junior analysts, contributing to the team's overall growth and process evolution.
What You'll Need to Succeed
6. Demonstrated success as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in agile environments.
7. Highly skilled in story mapping, defining epics, and effectively breaking downplex work into actionable stories.
8. Strongmunication and organisational skills, with the ability to absorb and organise a large feature set. Your enthusiasm, positive energy, and cultural fit are just as important as your technical capability.
