We are recruiting a Trainee Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Bootle. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in education.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in care, social work, nursery/early years, sports coaching, youth work or similar support roles.
The Role:
1. Support pupils with SEND on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
2. Supporting within a classroom setting with a focus on outdoor learning as part of the school’s outstanding forest setting
3. Help promote a safe, positive and inclusive environment
Requirements:
4. References covering the last 5 years
5. DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to complete one)
