Join the Parkdean Resorts team as a Gas Specialist - a role that keeps you on your toes! Our maintenance teams enjoy strong camaraderie and a busy, engaging shift environment. As our Gas Specialist, you will provide expertise in gas testing to ensure Holiday Homes and buildings are safe and fully compliant with current legislation and standards. You must be Gas Safe qualified and hold current gas safety qualifications, including CCLP1LAV Core, CCLP1RPH Core, HTRLP2, CENWAT1, CKR1, CPA1, DAH1, MET1, and CCLP1PD.

What you will be doing
* Complete all gas installation testing in accordance with current legislation.
* Ensure the safe installation of new gas appliances such as boilers, ovens, and fires.
* Put guests first by building positive relationships to resolve queries with minimal disruption to their stay.
* Respond to breakdowns or urgent issues.
* Upskill the maintenance team by assisting in the training of gas safety.
* Record all jobs on our company system.
