We are looking for a hands on Facilities Supervisor who can join our enthusiastic team and bring with them the ability to successfully manage and motivate a team of people.
You will be working Monday to Friday :30
You will report directly to and be supported by the Site Manager
The key responsibilities of the role are:
* Use a variety of manual cleaning equipment and chemicals Inc. Buffering Machine and small pedestrian cleaning machines
* Leading a team to achieve KPI'S
* Ensure all cleaning tasks are recorded and spillage reports are completed
* Maintain good relations with client staff, contractors and visitors to the site
* Responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness at sites
* Ensure that all staff working hours are recorded
* Maintain and promote a positive working environment
* This position will include working with the team cleaning the site and would be ideal for someone who wants to progress in their career
To succeed in this role you will need:
* Can demonstrate successful supervisory experience preferably within the cleaning industry.
* Ability to deliver excellent customer service
* Strong organisational and practical skills
* The ability to follow site schedules
