About the Role:
We are seeking an Account / Project Manager to join a market-leading global business. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the print industry and experience managing key client accounts. Personal attributes should include tenacity, exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and confident communication skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage global client accounts and develop lasting business relationships.
2. Oversee new projects from initiation to completion, including artwork creation.
3. Coordinate closely with design, sales, and finance departments.
4. Identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
5. Maintain detailed records of pricing, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience in key client account and project management.
2. Knowledge of the print/packaging industry is preferred.
3. Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively.
4. Ability to liaise confidently with various departments regarding deadlines.
5. Advanced IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
Benefits:
