Site Information
HMP Stoke Heath, located near Market Drayton in Shropshire, is a Category C prison that houses adult male offenders and young adults. The teams aim to create an environment in which staff and prisoners feel safe and where causes of prison stress are minimised. The prison’s mission is to provide a secure, safe and rehabilitative environment that encourages positive change and prepares inmates for a successful reintegration into society.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
* Hold qualifications at level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy or be willing to work towards within agreed timescales.
* Hold, or be willing to work towards, a Level 2 qualification related to ICT or Business Administration (or have relevant industrial experience and skills).
* Have experience of performing effective and efficient administration within a busy office environment.
* Demonstrate a proven ability to maintain accurate electronic and paper‑based data recording systems.
* Have good literacy and numeracy skills.
* Demonstrate effective time management.
* Have developed communication and interpersonal skills.
* Have demonstrable customer service skills.
* Have up‑to‑date IT skills and a willingness to engage with innovative tech solutions, if required.
