Executive Summary
We are seeking a methodical and highly organized Dispatch Administrator to join the logistics department of a premier high-tech electronics manufacturer in Basingstoke. This role serves as a critical final link in the production lifecycle, ensuring that all finished goods are systemically processed, accurately documented, and prepared for global distribution.
The ideal candidate will be a process-driven professional who excels in a technical environment where precision and attention to detail are paramount.
Core Responsibilities

Systemic Dispatch & Inventory: Utilize internal MRP software (123 Insight) to execute dispatch protocols and maintain real-time inventory accuracy.

Documentation & Compliance: Generate and verify comprehensive commercial invoices and international shipping documentation, ensuring 100% adherence to global transit regulations.

Labeling & Quality Assurance: Coordinate the production and application of product labels, ensuring strict compliance with bespoke customer specifications and internal quality standards.

Data Management: Oversee the integrity of shipping data and maintain organized electronic records using Microsoft Office and centralized databases.

Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate directly with Production Management and the Stores department to align dispatch schedules with manufacturing output and delivery deadlines.

Operational Logistics: Assist in the secure handling and specialized packaging of sensitive electronic assemblies and components to support the wider dispatch team.
Candidate Requirements

Exceptional Accuracy: A proven "right-first-time" approach, with a keen eye for detail in administrative and data-entry tasks.

Technical Proficiency: Highly computer literate with advanced competency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word).

Industry Experience: Proven experience in a logistics, stores administration, or manufacturing dispatch office environment.

Procedural Discipline: The ability to follow complex, standardized operating procedures (SOPs) with consistency and minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience within the Electronics, Aerospace, or Medical manufacturing sectors.

Technical familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., 123 Insight, SAP, or SYSPRO).

A foundational understanding of export requirements and international logistics frameworks
