From small shackles and slings to material lifts and aluminium gantries, the division has everything our customers need for lifting any size of load. The Senior Regional Hoist Engineer is a predominantly site based role responsible for installing, dismantling and maintaining our hire fleet of rack and pinion (Geda manufactured) construction hoists. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults, updating service records and completing test certificates.
Responsibilities
* Install, dismantle and maintain GAP Hire Solutions' hire fleet of rack and pinion (Geda manufactured) construction hoists.
* Diagnose and repair faults; update service records and complete test certificates.
* Work on site predominantly; ensure safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
* Experience working as a Hoist Engineer or similar with the relevant mechanical qualifications or time served.
* NVQ Level 2 qualified and working towards Level 3 in Hoist Operations (preferred but not essential).
* Ability to work on own initiative and assist other team members when required.
* A customer-focused approach and strong attention to detail.
* Valid driving licence is essential.
