Key Responsibilities:
Business Development : Build relationships with clients through calls, meetings, and identifying new opportunities. Recruitment Cycle : Source, screen, and match candidates to job opportunities. Sales and Targets : Achieve monthly targets by managing accounts and driving revenue. Team Collaboration : Work with our experienced team to contribute to branch success.
