NPD Technician – Where Food Innovation Begins

This is a role for someone who wants to get hands-on with product development and learn the ropes of the full NPD process, from the very first idea to the final product launch.

What you’ll be doing:
* Creating product samples for customer tastings and internal innovation sessions
* Supporting new product launches (from concept to reality)
* Working with ingredients, suppliers, and real-world product trials
* Helping maintain high standards in the NPD kitchens and factory areas
* Collaborating across teams and sites to make sure projects run smoothly
* Playing a key role in presentations, tastings, and supplier meetings
What you’ll need:
* At least 2 years’ experience in food, catering, or NPD roles
* A passion for food and creativity in the kitchen
* Great organisation, time management, and communication skills
* A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
