Overview

For this role you will need to be a hands-on manager who leads from the front, be knowledgeable about food and beverage service, be good at developing others, be strategic in upselling and be happy to be part of the hotel Duty Management team. This role will oversee the overall Food & Beverage operation of the hotel and will be responsible for the day to day running of our two restaurants; The Pantry and Priory Restaurant.

* Be a hands-on manager who leads from the front, is knowledgeable about food and beverage service, develops others, is strategic in upselling and is part of the hotel Duty Management team.
