We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a rapidly growing, family-run SME based in Northwich. This is a pivotal role in the business and has huge growth and development potential.
The business sells technical products and solutions to a variety of blue-chip customers and has identified the need for an experienced sales manager to coach the sales team and hold them accountable for delivering against targets. The sales team consists of field and office-based sales professionals including sales support. Currently there is a team of six, but it is envisaged that this will grow.
Requirements
Key responsibilities:
* Coaching the sales team
* Joint visits with field sales and attending key meetings for larger opportunities
* Ensuring the sales team are delivering against targets
* Develop and deliver the sales strategy
* Enhance industry and product knowledge

* Be a people person with the ability to coach and nurture staff but also an experienced networker constantly seeking out new opportunities for the team
* Be very goal driven
Benefits
* Basic salary in the region of £50,000 - £60,000
