The Opportunity: As a Lead Engineering Technician, your role will include:Providing expert-level support across both mechanical and electrical systems
diagnosing issues, making critical repairs, and keeping production running smoothly.Acting as a senior presence on shift
guiding less experienced engineers and offering practical support where needed.Championing continuous improvement, from asset care routines to equipment optimisation.Playing a vital part in ensuring compliance with safety, operational and quality standards.Maximising the use of the CMMS platform to manage and report on planned and reactive maintenance activity.Youll be central to ensuring equipment reliability and operational performance across a busy, high-spec manufacturing site.About You: Were looking for someone who brings:A strong background in both mechanical and electrical engineering
