We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic solicitor with 0 to 2 years of PQE experience to join our Employment Law team, supporting the ongoing growth of the team and the firm as a whole.
This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge to become a successful employment solicitor.
As a successful candidate, you’ll be working across the range of contentious and non-contentious employment work, mostly acting for employers. This can include employee relations issues, employment tribunals, TUPE transactions, contracts of employment, settlement agreements, dismissals and discrimination issues, and high court litigation (restrictive covenants).
Nic Elliott heads up the team and includes fellow director James Symons, Associate Laura Robinson and Paralegal Rachael Moxey. As head of the team, Nic is also the firm’s HR Director, is one of HR Magazines’ Most Influential Practitioners 2025, a Legal LinkedInfluencer and ELEVATE employment law expert in the ELEVATE Hub. He also hosts the team’s podcast, the HRD talks.

You’ll be expected to contribute to the marketing and business development activities of the Employment Team and wider firm to win new work.

Up to 2 years PQE
Experience of working in an employment team

You’ll ideally work full-time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
