Your new role:
6. Handling incoming calls, resolving queries
7. Booking, cancelling and rearranging appointments
8. Ensuring that all inbound emails are addressed within a timely manner
9. Dealing with complaints, and passing over to management where necessary
10. Direct requests for assistance
11. Creating and updating customer files
12. Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
What you’ll need to succeed:
13. Excellent PC skills are required
14. Proven Customer Service experience is essential
15. You will be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
16. Must be confident and have excellent interpersonal skills
17. Experience in a busy and pressurised environment would be advantageous
18. You must be able to work flexible hours
