East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Data Investigation Lead to join our ESHT Digital team. This is a pivotal role where you will lead on ensuring the completeness and accuracy of patient-related data across the Trust's systems, supporting both clinical and business processes
Lead investigations into data quality issues, including root cause analysis and resolution planning.
Act as the Trust's lead specialist in data investigation, advising on system use and data processes.
Manage a small team, supporting their development and ensuring consistent standards.
Support the development and delivery of training and education packages to improve data quality awareness across the Trust.
Liaise with clinicians, managers, admin teams, and external NHS providers to resolve data issues and promote best practices.
