The Role
You’ll take ownership of the your region, developing relationships, increasing spend, and re-engaging older customers using a well-established CRM system and customer database.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Managing and developing a regional customer base
* Proactively contacting active and lapsed customers to build and strengthen relationships
* Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell electrical distribution products
* Working through the CRM daily to plan outreach, manage pipeline and track activity
* Inheriting accounts and growing them through different stages of the account cycle
* Supporting the continued growth of a key territory within the business
Ideal backgrounds include:
* Account Manager / Internal Sales / Sales Executive within electrical, electronics or distribution
* Someone with hands-on electrical knowledge who has moved into sales
* Confident using CRM systems and working in a structured sales environment
* Motivated, organised, and customer-focused
