Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary face of the home, leading the delivery of person‑centred care.
* Lead, motivate and develop the care team to consistently provide outstanding personalised care.
* Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the home, including marketing, occupancy and commercial performance.
* Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, CQC and all regulatory guidelines.
* Build and maintain strong links with the local community and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
* Inspirational leadership skills.
* Passion for person‑centred care.
* A proven track record of developing and motivating teams in a care setting.
* Excellent organisational and management abilities.
* Experience in care home management, marketing and occupancy.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance requirements.
* Effective communication with colleagues at all levels.
* Experience creating strong ties with the local community.
