Apprentice Chef Role
As an apprentice Chef, we will help you master our menu, with your food being the reason guests keep coming through our doors! You'll thrive off the hustle and bustle of a fast-paced kitchen, with the support of a close-knit team, because it's the people that make it all worthwhile.
Responsibilities
1. Be a champion of brand standards
2. Prepare everything needed before a busy shift
3. Cook to specification and work with recipes

Training and Role Details
You'll take on a full-time role in the kitchen under the supervision of passionate chefs alongside your training. Not only will you gain a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship, but you'll also support the running of our kitchens, creating memorable moments and ensuring quality for our guests.
Apprenticeship Includes
* Regular face-to-face and virtual catch-ups every 4-6 weeks
* On and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars
* Reviews every 12 weeks with your Line Manager and Trainer
* Feedback sessions to discuss progress
* Functional Skills in English and Maths (if needed)
* 30 hours paid work per week

Wage
£8.60 per hour for 16-20-year-olds
£11.44 per hour for 21+ year-olds
Duration
15 months towards Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard at Mitchells and Butlers
