?? Role Overview
This is a short-term supervisory cleaning role during student accommodation turnaround periods. Youll be leading teams and ensuring rooms are cleaned and ready efficiently between tenant changeovers.
?? Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily cleaning across accommodation sites
* Allocate rooms and organise staff workloads
* Manage and coordinate cleaning teams on shift
* Carry out quality checks and inspections
* Maintain productivity and standards
* Report daily progress to management
* Communicate with site teams
* Ensure smooth, on-time completion of turnovers

1. Previous cleaning experience (essential)
