About the Role
As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be instrumental in overseeing the daily operations of our self-storage facility while delivering exceptional customer service. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on involvement in customer interactions, ensuring the facility runs smoothly and exceeds performance targets. You will support the General Manager in driving excellence, managing staff, and maintaining high standards that set our company apart.
Key Responsibilities
* Leadership & Team Support:Assist the General Manager in leading and motivating the team. Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless and efficient working environment.
* Customer Service Excellence:Monitor and enhance the customer service experience across all touchpoints, both in-person and over the phone, while addressing any issues promptly.
* Operational Management:Ensure the facility operates to the highest standards, managing administrative tasks, scheduling, and maintenance to meet both company and compliance requirements.
* Strategic Planning:Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at boosting operational performance, including the introduction of new processes and efficiency improvements.
* Training & Development:Support team development through coaching and training initiatives that empower staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve career growth.
* Health & Safety Compliance:Uphold and enforce health and safety standards within the facility, ensuring a safe work environment for both employees and customers.
