Unit Lead Nursing - Lark View Care Home Contract: Full Time Salary: £24.75 Per Hour Shift Type: Dayshift Contracted hours: 36-42 Our care home has stunning views from both sides looking onto beautiful Kent countryside, and provides a cosy and homely feel for up to 64 residents - We provide Nursing, Residential, Dementia & Respite Care. As Senior Registered Nurse (RGN), you will have a valid NMC registration and will take ownership to keep up to date with clinical best practices. Supervision of staff with continual development of good practices throughout the team. Providing training and support to your team.
