About the Role: As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver well-planned lessons in line with the curriculum, support student progress, and create a structured and engaging learning environment. You will help students develop essential numeracy skills, problem-solving abilities, and confidence in their mathematical knowledge. Responsibilities: - Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons for students of varying abilities. - Support students’ learning and development through differentiated teaching strategies. - Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive learning environment. - Monitor, assess, and provide constructive feedback on student progress. - Collaborate with colleagues to develop resources, lesson plans, and interventions. - Maintain accurate records of student attainment, attendance, and behaviour. Qualifications: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience. - Experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3/4 is preferred. - Strong classroom management and communication skills. - Ability to motivate and engage students in learning. - Creative and adaptable approach to lesson planning and delivery.
