To participate as part of a team in providing care for service users. To assist in the delivery of care to service users ensuring that their personal, physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs are met.
(a) To monitor and supervise service users during the night using the care planning system completing checks as required to follow homes policies and procedures ensuring accurate documentation/recording
(b) To complete cleaning schedules and night time duties
(c) To complete training as required
