Salary: Up to £53,200 pro rata (DOE)
Basic grade from £33,000+, Specialist from £39,500+, Highly Specialist from £48,000+
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, 3 days (days to be agreed) – Full time possible

We are seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join our in-house clinical team.
Working collaboratively with the education team, you will deliver bespoke SaLT assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent, or have SEMH needs. You will follow established Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working to guide your practice within an education setting.
You will manage your own caseload with full support from your clinical supervisor and site lead, and contribute to staff training and consultation. This role would suit a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual.

Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy
HCPC registration
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a fully registered RCSLT member
Experience supporting individuals with complex communication profiles
Knowledge of neurodiversity and trauma-informed practice
Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
Experience communicating with families, relatives or carers
Interest in developing skills across SaLT practice
Strong relationship-building, analytical and communication skills
Good time management and organisational abilities
Competence across core SaLT practice areas and understanding of RCSLT Communication Standards
Knowledge of assessment tools, intervention types, and support plan formulation
Understanding of relevant legislation
Ability to work collaboratively
