The role – Project Management Office (PMO) Planner
Based from either the company's Edinburgh or Morayshire locations, you will have an exceptional opportunity to undertake the newly created post of PMO Planner, supporting the company's newly formed Project Management Office to plan and phase projects and programmes across the Global portfolio.
You will have a dynamic, challenging and varied role, your duties and responsibilities including;
1. Developing and maintaining a global capital investment portfolio schedule, coordinating inputs from sites within Europe and North America.
2. Supporting the Head of PMO in managing and reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones for all global projects
3. Supporting the Head of PMO to manage resources by working with Project and Programme Managers to provide accurate resource forecasts
4. Ensure alignment of regional project plans with business-wide investment strategies and timelines
5. Manage the administration of the company's 5-year CAPEX investment plan
