Job Title: Mobile Electrical Engineer
Location: Multi-Site – Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton, Stansted, London City, Southampton, Bristol & Cardiff
Salary: £45,000 per annum (flexible for the right candidate)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for 3 Mobile Electrical Engineers to join a brand-new airport facilities contract, covering multiple UK airport terminals.
This is a mobile role supporting electrical and general building maintenance across high-profile, secure aviation environments. Engineers must be comfortable working within regulated sites and meeting strict clearance requirements.
Your duties will include:
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across electrical systems.
• Maintenance of lighting, power distribution, and associated electrical infrastructure.
• Supporting general building fabric maintenance where required.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and airport compliance standards.
• Participating in a call-out rota.
Security & Clearance Requirements:
Due to the nature of the sites, candidates must:
• Be able to pass Enhanced DBS clearance.
• Obtain airside clearance.
• Provide 5 years continuous UK employment history.
• Have a solid address history.
• Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Ideal Candidate:
• Qualified Electrical Engineer (Level 3 or equivalent).
• Experience within commercial building services environments.
• Comfortable working in secure, high-compliance settings.
• Strong fault-finding and reactive maintenance skills.
• Flexible and willing to travel across multiple airport locations.
