An excellent opportunity for a Graduate Chemist or Technologist looking to develop technical expertise, with full training and long‑term progression opportunities.
This role offers a unique chance to gain hands‑on experience in materials processing, equipment operation, and industrial production systems, working closely with a technical manager and eventually progressing into the same role.
The company is a well‑established manufacturer supplying bespoke solutions across industries including aerospace, oil & gas, food, and chemical processing.
The Role
* Monitoring production processes
* Look after product development projects
* Monday to Friday, day‑based role with overtime opportunities
The Person
* Degree or background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
* Interest in manufacturing processes, materials behaviour, and industrial systems
* Willingness to learn and develop technical and practical skills
* Any hands‑on or laboratory experience is advantageous but not essential
All in all, this is a great chance to work in a technically challenging role with progression to technical manager in 2 years.
