As a Parts Advisor in our dynamic team, you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, supporting trade customers by providing exceptional service and accurate parts advice. What You’ll Be Doing: Handling inbound parts enquiries and orders via phone and online platforms Accurately identifying and sourcing parts to meet customer needs Using available promotions and offers to meet team and individual targets Looking for opportunities to upsell or add value in a helpful, customer-focused way Keeping your product knowledge up to date through regular training and company resources Building strong, positive relationships with customers and internal teams What We’re Looking For: You don’t need motor trade experience to join us – we’ll provide full training.
