Armada is a well established training company, delivering CAD, creative, Microsoft, and technical writing courses to professionals; in-person at our eight UK training centres (in Bristol, Bromsgrove, Cardiff, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Reading and Sheffield), at clients' venues throughout the UK, and also live online.
We are seeking an organised, personable, dedicated professional to join the existing Bromsgrove office team.
Typical working hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm. However, we would consider a part-time role for the right person. Hybrid or remote working is not offered for this position.
This is a varied role, involving working within a small, fast-paced team, on a wide range of administrative tasks.
Key job roles for the successful candidate include:
* Taking bookings, emailing and phoning course delegates, scheduling and arranging courses, preparing course materials.
* Acting as course administrator at the start of online courses.
* Liaising with trainers and staff at our satellite centres.
* Financial - raising invoices, credit control.
Full in-house training will be provided.
There is scope for the role to grow and for the successful candidate to take on more responsibility in time.
