<div><p><b>Job Title:</b> Regional Aftersales Manager</p><p><b>Location:</b> Covering London and surrounding area</p><p><b>Salary:</b>£50,000-£60,000 (depending on experience) + up to 15% annual bonus + tax efficient company car scheme</p><p><b>Hours:</b> Full Time and Permanent – Monday to Friday – 9.00am-5.30pm</p><p>This role of Regional Aftersales Manager will be working directly for the Manufacturer and travelling to the regional retailers across London and the surrounding area. The majority of the sites will be in London, so our client are looking for someone who lives within commutable distance of London and is happy to travel across London and the surrounding area. You will also visit our client’s head office regularly which is in Chiswick Park. The role will initially be looking after around 10 dealerships but this will grow as the network develops.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop robust relationships with your regional retailers. The role will require you to manage and deliver elements with cover, reward challenge and penalty.</li><li>You will need to become directly involved in customer cases and take ownership of the customer journey. This will involve root cause understanding of vehicle/ownership conditions.</li><li>You will need to support our Technical and Warranty Teams with managing dealer objections and timeframes. You may be required to add elements of technical support and/or warranty into your dealer visit agenda.</li><li>Frequent and planned dealer visits, which will measure the network’s ability to deliver the optimal customer experience, require you to travel extensively across your region.</li><li>Our client operates a Dealer Balance Scorecard (DBS) and has metrics within it that you will need to manage and influence.</li><li>You will need to attend and support Brand events during the year; these may be outside your region and could run outside of business hours.</li><li>Your insight, management, and decision making will be needed to resolve any customer complaints in a timely and ideal manner.</li><li>Various year‑to‑date parts targets will require you to manage reminder funnels and VHC processes to drive repeat and incremental parts purchases.</li><li>Parts returns will need to be measured and managed.</li><li>Rolling 3, 6, 9, and 12 month trends will become your core objective. Positive trends are to be celebrated and maintained.</li><li>Negative KPI performance must be measured, qualified, and stabilised.</li><li>Dealer Balance Scorecard (DBS) is in place to ensure that customer experience and dealer profitability are maximised.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Senior Aftersales Management background either in a similar role for an OEM Manufacturer or in a multi‑site dealership role.</li><li>Flexible with daily travel in your region and occasional national travel and overnight stays.</li><li>Full and clean driving licence.</li><li>IT Literate – proficiency in Microsoft Office including reporting and data analysis platforms.</li><li>Capable of managing a busy diary which may change at a moment’s notice.</li><li>Relationship building will come naturally to you.</li><li>Robust, calm and efficient, able to take on a large amount of responsibility.</li><li>Adaptable and willing to take new instructions in a business where deadlines and deliverables will test your management skills.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Up to 15% bonus potential.</li><li>Tax efficient company car scheme.</li><li>7% pension contribution if you contribute 5%.</li><li>Private Health Insurance and Dental Insurance.</li><li>Life Cover.</li><li>Critical illness cover.</li><li>25 days holiday + bank holidays.</li></ul></div>
