As a Housekeeping Assistant, your responsibilities include maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail will be a testament to your dedication. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you will do so with kindness and care.
HC-One is looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with experience, although training will be provided. Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential. Your positive energy and ability to get along with people are vital. You should be a skilled communicator, attentive, considerate, and kind in all interactions with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate steps to take if concerns arise. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional training as needed. You should be proactive in seeking advice and reporting concerns, including escalation if necessary.
