Are you a dedicated and passionate History teacher seeking a rewarding opportunity in a supportive educational environment? We are looking for an History teacher to join one of our client secondary schools in the Beckenham area of London. This position is on a permanent basis, meaning that the successful educator will be salaried directly through the school.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality History lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students across Key Stage 3 to 5.
Foster a love for History in students, encouraging critical thinking and creativity.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to support their academic development.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities, clubs, or events.

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in History or related field.
Proven experience teaching History at secondary school level.
Strong knowledge of the History curriculum and assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
