What You Will Do
As Commercial Sales Consultant at ADT fire and security, you will drive new and extra works business from existing and new SME customers within a set geographical territory. Manage approximately 500 SME accounts in the territory in line with the channel, respond to incoming enquiries and self‑generate new business (new solutions or upgrades to services) from these accounts. Manage a select number of defined lead sources to support new customer acquisition.
How You Will Do It
* Drive new and additional works from existing customer accounts by building strong relationships with them
* Source potential new customers through self‑generated business and referrals in a specific geographic area
* Self‑generate sales leads through networking, referrals and warm/cold calling to execute the channel customer contact strategy
* Work closely with new business colleagues to ensure a smooth handover of new customers into the business
Qualifications
Essential
* Proven seller
* Adept at managing existing customer relationships to drive growth for ADT and increase customer satisfaction
* Ability to function independently while leveraging resources and engaging with ADT operational departments to ensure high levels of customer service
* Understanding of the sales process from start to finish
Preferred
* Demonstrated successful track record of achievement
* Experience in the Security Industry
