Receptionist to join their team. In this front-line role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors — whether by phone, email, or at the front desk. You’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our office and providing exceptional service to clients and colleagues alike.
Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Glasgow City Centre (Office-based)
Salary:£23,000
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls professionally
• Greeting clients and visitors and managing the sign-in process
• Monitoring team in boxes and handling or redirecting enquiries
• Scanning, filing, and uploading documents accurately
• Supporting admin tasks like post handling, printing, and data entry
• Communicating clearly and courteously with clients and external partners
• Assisting legal and admin teams with day-to-day operations
• Following procedures to ensure compliance and data security
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a receptionist, telephonist, or admin role
• Friendly, confident phone manner and strong communication skills
• Solid IT skills (especially Microsoft Outlook and Word)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy, client-facing setting
• Experience in legal or financial services
• Familiarity with document or case management systems
• Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive information
