Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Agent with NetSuite experience to join a footwear company on a temporary basis. You will collaborate with the commercial and customer support teams to update customer orders in NetSuite and track them in Excel, ensuring all US customer sales orders are entered and managed accurately and efficiently.
Working Hours
This role involves working with US customers, with hours from 11 am to 7 pm. It is a fully remote position, and laptops will be provided.
