To maintain a clean, safe and hygienic working environment across site offices, welfare facilities and communal areas, supporting the smooth and professional operation of the site. Key Responsibilities Lean and maintain offices, meeting rooms and reception areas Clean and sanitise toilets, washrooms and welfare facilities Clean and maintain the canteen/kitchen areas, including surfaces, sinks, appliances and floors Empty waste and recycling bins and dispose of waste in line with site procedures Replenish and manage cleaning and hygiene supplies, including ordering stock when required Report any defects, damage, low stock levels or maintenance issues to the Operations Manager Follow all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures at all times Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in line with COSHH requirements Support occasional deep cleans or ad‑hoc cleaning tasks when required Undertake any other reasonable duties appropriate to the role to support site cleanliness and presentation Health, Safety & Compliance Comply with all ENVA Health & Safety policies and site rules Wear PPE as required Maintain a high standard of cleanliness to minimise risks to employees and visitors environment, promptly addressing any hazards. You may also be required to carry out any other duties as required by the business that you are qualified/trained in that meet the requirements of this role Job Requirements Part-time role based in Stourbridge 15 hours (shift pattern to be confirmed). Overtime may be available. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Essential Previous experience in a cleaning role (commercial, office or site‑based preferred) Ability to work independently and manage own workload Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards Reliable, punctual and trustworthy Awareness of safe working practices when using cleaning products Desirable Experience working in an industrial, recycling or operational site environment Knowledge of COSHH and safe use of cleaning chemicals Why Work For Enva?
