Credit Controller - Foodservice
Location – Southport – Hybrid working after training
Salary - £26,500 per annum

Role
An opportunity has arisen for a credit controller. The role will include the following duties: -
* Managed customer accounts and monitored outstanding balances.
* Liaise with internal and external customers to resolve queries
* Credit check and process new account forms
* Chased overdue payments and reduced bad debt.
* Resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes.
* Prepared regular reports on debt, cash flow, and credit risk.
* Ensured compliance with company credit policies and UK regulations.
* Cover colleague’s workload in their absence
Person
The ideal candidate will have the following: -
* Previous experience in credit control (desirable)
* Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge/experience
* Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills
* Financial awareness
* Collaborative and flexible
* Good attention to detail
