Joining us as a Network Maintenance Manager (FEX, FAC & CoLo)
As a Network Maintenance Manager, you will coordinate and deliver maintenance programs and audits across our Fibre Exchange (FEx), Fibre Active Cabinets (FAC), and CoLo sites, ensuring minimal service impact through robust maintenance involving internal and external resources.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage multiple work schemes for efficient M&E network maintenance
2. Collaborate with Delivery Partners for accurate reporting
3. Identify and resolve supplier performance issues and improve operational efficiency
4. Produce weekly reports on progress, risks, costs, and compliance
Qualifications:
You should have a proven track record in managing small to medium works, with strong leadership and communication skills. Additionally, you will need:
1. Experience managing budgets extending to millions
2. Ability to present and influence stakeholders and suppliers confidently
3. Proficiency in project and budget management fundamentals
4. Pragmatic problem-solving skills
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and data metrics
6. Full UK Driving Licence
