We are now looking for a Customer Services Team Member to join our fantastic team at our Head Office in Northwich, Cheshire. As a Customer Service Team Member your role will include: - First point of contact for our customers Handling of customer calls Responding to internet queries Management of surveyor’s diaries Typing reports Administrative duties to include invoicing and taking payments Effectively planning and prioritising workload. As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be: Proactive, confident and positive Prioritise and multi-task Demonstrate excellent telephone manner and communication skills Meticulous attention to detail Assertive Team player IT and Office Software Literate It is desirable to have geographical knowledge of the UK The Benefits (Actual basic salary £24,104.64) OTE £24,000-£28,000 Company Pension (Royal London) 22 days holidays plus Bank holidays Life Assurance Bonus scheme Family Company Support and Training (recipient of the PCA Training and Development Award 2023) Healthcare Cash Plan (Healthshield) Great Team Spirit Hours of work are 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday working: 9am to 5pm.
