The Role
Position: Teaching Assistant (General/Classroom Support)
Location: Harrow, North West London
Start Date: ASAP (Immediate start required)
Contract: Full-time, Long-term/Permanent potential
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
As a TA, you will provide crucial support to teachers and students across various departments. Your duties will include:
Assisting in the preparation of classroom resources.
Working with students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to reinforce learning and raise attainment.
Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and those with English as an Additional Language (EAL).
Helping to manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a proactive and nurturing individual who:
Has previous experience working with children or young people, ideally in a secondary school setting.
Possesses a genuine passion for education and helping students reach their full potential.
Is reliable, flexible, and capable of working effectively as part of a team.
Holds a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to apply for one through Protocol Education).
Is eligible to work in the UK.
