Role Outline As our Client Operations Manager, you'll be instrumental in managing the strategic operational delivery of services, ensuring we meet the commercial terms of our contract with Rolls-Royce. Your focus will be on growth, retention, and the seamless introduction of this new contract. This role requires you be based at our clients site in Derby but with a possibility of working from home 1-2 days a week, there will be frequent travel to the Solihull Office. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate the ongoing contract and new service implementations alongside departmental leads. • Actively participate in operational review meetings, contributing to health and safety strategy. • Develop and audit quality policies, procedures, and protocols. • Manage staff rotas to ensure service demands are consistently met. • Forge and nurture client relationships across all sites through honest and proactive communication. • Deliver strategic review plans and service enhancements for our clients. • Support the Business Development team with retender and renewal processes. What You'll Bring: • Exceptional communication skills and business acumen. • Proficiency in Office 365, Gateway, Power Bi and Excel. • Proven expertise in relationship and contract management, particularly within the outsourced Health and Customer Support Service sectors. • A track record of managing multiple projects and autonomous working. • A full UK driver’s licence.
