We're on the lookout for a venue/bar manager to oversee the day to day running of the bar and tasks such as ordering, rotas, menu design & GP target costing, social media and ongoing improvement of our offerings.
The ideal candidate would be looking for an exciting opportunity to take on a full managerial role which gives creative freedom and scope for growth. The current team is fantastic and the new manager would get strong support from the owner to achieve their goals. Above all we need a friendly face who can build a strong team environment and prioritises hospitality/guest experience.
Experience in the role is essential, with a minimum of 1 years experience as a general manager/bar manager/assistant manager.
Salary will depend on experience, we are willing to provide training on the job for the right person, and the top end of the range would be for an applicant with multiple years of general management & high end cocktail experience.
