Role Overview: We're looking for an experienced Senior FF&E Designer who can confidently lead the sourcing, specification, and delivery of exceptional furniture, finishes, lighting, art, and accessories for luxury residences. You'll play a pivotal role in realising the studio's creative vision across multiple prestigious projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead FF&E design across all stages - from concept and presentation boards to procurement, budgeting, and on-site installation. Curate and source world-class furniture, textiles, lighting, artwork, and accessories that reflect each project's bespoke vision. Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, and procurement documentation. Liaise directly with suppliers, artisans, and makers to ensure the highest quality and timely delivery. Collaborate closely with the wider design and technical team to maintain cohesive project narratives. Attend client presentations and site visits as a key representative of the studio's FF&E department. About You: A minimum of 6-8 years' experience working on luxury residential projects, with a strong and refined FF&E portfolio. Deep knowledge of global suppliers, manufacturers, and custom furniture production. Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and exceptional taste. Confident managing large-scale FF&E budgets, procurement timelines, and installations. Friendly, collaborative, and communicative, with a proactive attitude. Full UK driver's license and access to a car (travel to sites in the Home Counties is required). This is a full-time, studio-based position (Monday to Friday)
