Key Responsibilities -
* Respond to all SQ, Requests for Proposal and Invitations to Tender.
* Track progress on all clarifications and ensure that the relevant stakeholders are kept informed.
* Collaborate with the SLT to drive new processes that ensure a clear win strategy.
* Guarantee clear, compelling and strategic bids that align with the client requirements.
* Drive productivity by designing templates and reusable documentation for PQQ, RFI, RFP & ITT.
* Lead "best in class" responses to qualitative questions, working closely with the subject matter experts to develop case studies.
* Advocate and follow all internal governance - setting timelines and ensuring they are achieved in every step of the process.
* Deliver presentations to clients as part of the bid submission.
* Document learnings from reviewing all bid processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
To be successful -
* Proven track record of winning high-value tenders within the public sector and social housing market.
* Adaptable and flexible - adjusting to timescales and using own initiative to complete tasks.
* Degree educated or equivalent experience.
* Ability to evidence significant growth in revenue and EBITDA.
* Demonstrable experience in developing, improving and implementing new processes.
* Knowledge of active/passive fire safety works desirable.
