About the Opportunity
A growing healthcare market research and consulting firm is seeking a Research Manager to support the delivery of high-impact insight programmes for global pharmaceutical clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects that answer critical questions about treatments, products, and patient needs, contributing to strategies that directly impact patient outcomes.
You’ll collaborate with international teams and have the opportunity to work across multiple therapy areas, while also developing expertise in areas such as behavioural science and patient-centricity.
The Role
As a Research Manager, you will play a central role in managing and delivering qualitative and quantitative research projects, working closely with senior leadership and global colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the day-to-day management of research studies (qualitative and quantitative)
* Supporting the design, execution, and delivery of end-to-end research programmes
* Coordinating and overseeing fieldwork processes
* Developing research materials and client presentations
* Delivering insights and findings directly to clients
* Conducting interviews (web, telephone, and face-to-face) and developing moderation skills
* Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted partner
* Supporting proposal development and business development activities
* Identifying opportunities to improve project quality, efficiency, and delivery
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a market research role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Experience building client relationships through project delivery
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required
