Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
The Workplace Experience Co-ordinator will act as the main point of contact between building users and Integrated Facilities Management (IFM). The role is focused on service delivery, customer experience, and client liaison across the VMO2 estate.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and capture feedback on the customer experience to identify improvement opportunities.
* Support FM service delivery in your area, ensuring SLAs are met and taking ownership of the space.
* Manage helpdesk calls through to resolution with relevant service teams.
* Identify and report issues, suggesting improvements to optimise the workplace environment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with VMO2 contacts, acting as a trusted liaison.
* Collaborate with ISS departments to deliver an integrated FM service and excellent customer experience.
* Maintain meeting rooms and shared spaces to high standards, ensuring a professional, “ready-to-go” environment.
Qualifications and Competencies
* Experience in facilities management within a corporate environment.
* Experience in soft services or managing a cleaning team.
* Background in hospitality or other customer-facing environments, with a strong focus on service excellence.
* Strong IT literacy with the ability to extract data from systems and prepare professional reports.
* Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships.
* Friendly and approachable with strong interpersonal skills.
* Proactive and confident, with the ability to take initiative.
* Strong team player, able to collaborate across multiple service lines.
