We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and develop our Quality Management System (QMS). You will drive compliance, audits, and continuous improvement across the business and supply chain, providing training and guidance to staff while ensuring products and processes meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS, procedures, and policies. Lead internal and external audits and manage CAPA processes. Analyse quality data to identify trends and drive improvements. Support staff training and promote a culture of quality. Liaise with suppliers to ensure materials and processes meet requirements. Report on KPIs and progress to management. Requirements: Proven experience in QMS management and ISO 9001 compliance. Strong auditing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
