Job Details
Responsible for supervising the day to day operations of a front line statutory housing options provision to prevent homelessness and improve housing access to a variety of tenures by continuously reviewing, monitoring and evaluating service provision ensuring that statutory obligations under homelessness legislation along with other legal obligations, policies and plans are delivered.

Job Requirements
Relevant Qualifications:
* Educated to HND level in Housing and/or hold the Chartered Institute of Housing Level 4 Diploma along with the HomePoint accreditation Level 2 certificate.

This post is considered a Regulated Role with vulnerable children and/or protected adults. All preferred candidates for posts carrying out regulated work with these groups will be required to become a PVG Scheme member, or undergo a PVG Scheme update if they are already a member, prior to any formal offer.
